Well, hello there!
Hi, I’m Brenna, the person behind Dawn & Dusk Cookie Company. My baking journey began in 2019 when I discovered my knack for crafting custom sugar cookies, a passion inspired by my late mom, Dawn, who was an incredible baker. After 8+ years in the U.S. Air Force, I found my way into pastry school, where I discovered a love for sustainable agriculture. Today, I’m proud to put down roots in Illinois with my husband, Brandon, and our two wonderful kids, Ivy and Eli, who inspire everything I do. My mission? Creating cookies that make life’s special moments even sweeter, with a focus on quality, community, and a touch of magic in each bite.
